Delivery

We use EMS, DHL and postal parcel to send most of our orders.

MFS MOTOR reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.

We currently offer 3 types of delivery service :
express delivery for most country (US or european) in 3-15 working days;
stand delivery for most country (US or european) in 7-25 working days;
economic delivery (for small parcel) for most country in 15-50 working days.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain mfs-motor.com to your safe senders list.

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number.

No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.

All prices do not include customs tax, customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Each country has its own unique import procedures,which are subject to change. If you have an order held in customs then please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking number, via email. We will do our very best to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Our comprehensive catalogue system will look for the car parts for your section.

Use the Search or the menus to navigate to the part you need. Once you have found a part, check the fitment information to confirm it is the correct part for your vehicle. If in doubt feel free to contact our experienced customer service team.

Once you have finished shopping simply go to the checkout, choose the method of shipping you would like and continue to payment. If you are happy with the order, confirm the payment and the items will be dispatched to you.

This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.

We do try to give you as much information as possible on all of our products, however, if you require any additional information then please use the live chat, email, they will try to provide you with all the information you require.

Our fairings are not OEM, nor original. They are aftermarket ABS Fairings.
We don't use color code to paint, so we cannot guarantee for 100% that our fairing color will be 100% the same as your original kit. We cannot provide color code, so before you buy it, you should read our product’s picture carefully.
Yes,we sell single or parts of fairing. We have in stock Complete Fairings Kits and Fairing body parts [Left & Right Body Fairing,Left Body Fairing (Clutch Side),Right Body Fairing (Brakes Side),Front Fender,Headlight,Tail Part].
We can make fairing for you as you like, for free of extra money. We can make or personalized your own color, picture and logo. In order to get a good effect, please send us a sample picture before we make it for you.

Your Order

Estimated total delivery date = Production Time + Transit Time

Production Time is about 14-21 working days. Before shipping, every fairing kits need about 14-21 days to be made. But sometimes because of the effect of weather, painting will be delayed for about 2-3 days.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic invoicing system. For any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

For any products bought on the website, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever before order shipped, but for customized product example bodywork fairing kis, you need cancel in 48 hours after place an order, otherwise we will deduction 20% of total amount as order compensation for factory.
